Bio: Lou and Judy have resided in Green Pond, N.J., 35 of their 40 years together. They are the proud parents of 5 children. ( Jill Brown, Robyn Francisco, Lou Jr., Sheri Ekeland, and Dave )They are also very busy with 12 grandchildren. Each of their children have been involved with youth sports programs, high school sports, and have competed at the Division I, II, & III level of collegiate sports.

Lou has recently retired from the field of education after 40 years during which time he coached sports at all levels. He has acquired a lot of knowledge and information regarding the roles academics and athletics play in the life of the student-athlete. Lou and Judy are very proud of the athletic talents of their children. Dave and Lou played football at Penn State, where Lou achieved All-American honors and was drafted in the 3rd round by the NY Jets, Sheri was a Division II soccer player at East Stroudsburg University where she received numerous awards, Robyn was a swimmer at William Paterson University, and Jill has a gymnastic background. Judy and Lou were very involved in the recruiting process with Lou, Dave, and Sheri.

Lou joined the team at Dynamite Sports in the spring of 2004 to help parents, coaches, and student-athletes become more educated in the process of academics, athletics and the recruiting process.
